Standard Account Server UP
You may have noticed this already if you keep track of your site status.
Yes! Thanks to the hard work of our host technicians, the server hosting our Standard Package accounts is now up and running!
Please check your site to see if we have missed anything.
Note that you may not be able to login to your cPanel and FTP because we have reset all the passwords during the recovery process.
Despite this good news about this shared server, we are determined to replace it with the dedicated server we are installing. We will keep you updated about this new server.
We have restored the account login info. Now you should be able to login to your cPanel or FTP using the previous login info you used priror to this recovery.
If you experience login problem, please open a support ticket and let us know and we will fix it for you. Thanks!
